There are two or three definitions that I can think of for the word intrigue. One is to excite curiosity or interest. Another is a secret love affair. I have been around enough to know that I enjoy a good meal (I am a steak and potatoes type, and well done Tex-Mex is always good). I have traveled abroad some (mostly Europe) so I know what a good white wine should taste like. I prefer jeans and boots to a suit and wingtips, but that doesn't mean that I am not fashion consious - just that I perefer jeans. My taste in music runs to country and western, and I do like to dance. I am better with the "stand-in-one-place" shuffle than with a two-step, but I like to try that, too, once in a while. My idea of camping is sitting around a fire at night, and making coffey in the morning. If I go down to the lake it is as much to watch the wildlife as it is anything else. If I catch a fish I know how to clean and cook it. Traveling - what can I say? There are places in this great nation of ours that I haven't seen yet, and others that I want to see again some day. I have had a number of hobbies over the years - photography, wood working, SCUBA diving.

My Ideal Person There are all kinds of adjectives I can think of - witty, charming, funny. The person I am looking for must intrigue me just as much as I intrigue you. Another definition for intrigue is a secret plan. I don't think I would be interested if you are too young (under 40), or if you are looking for a sugar daddy, sole mate, or a knight in shining armour to take you away from all of this.

I am not changing anything in my life, nor would I expect you to. That is part of the intrigue, at least for me it is.
