I am rojakumari currently working in an Automotive Press Parts Manufacturing Industry but due to the lack of things to be learnt I wanted to shift my career to different path and this is the reason why I am here in front of you people. I always keep searching for the things through which I can scrutinize and emphasis ample of knowledge available while working. I have completed my under graduation from VR in engineering sector I have done with my HSC from PDVP Tasgaon before which I have completed my SSC from CWD Tasgaon. My hometown is occupied with beauty of nature and famous for fireworks manufacturing, known as Kavathe Ekand in the Sangli district. There are 2 more members in my family excluding me, which are my parents. My mother is house maker and father is Branch Manager in bank. Honestly speaking there is none other than only one weakness of mine is that I cannot finish my work before deadlines when I forced under the pressure, though I manage to finalize it but it seems difficult to me as I always want me to feel free while working. Looking to other side of coin there are some strong strengths are also belongs to me that I am self-motivated, passionate about hard work, optimistic, creative and having faith in myself as a leader of a particular team.
