About me? I live on Guam in the village of Santa Rita. My name is Wade, I am an electrician by trade, gosh I'm already 49 years, but I am good with my hands. I like to cook, but I like a clean kitchen to cook in. My cooking specialties are, pizza, lasagna and clam chowder from scratch. I don't eat meat anymore, just a health choice I made for myself, but I still love to eat seafood, Mmmmm. My gas oven is not in service right now so built a wood fired oven out of an oil drum and an old weber grill cover, works great for my lasagna and pizza!
