Welcome, and thanks for reading my profile!! The name is Aaron R. Smith and i am a chef. I work, catering to the Vancouver film industry and special events and functions. I love cooking and have competed nationally. Though cooking is what i am doing now, its not the only hobby or interest in my life. I love music, prior to cooking i was studying classical and jazz trumpet but i love all forms and genres of music. I presently and teach myself the art of mixing and producing, hard work but i love it. I just got back from Australia 3 months ago and i loved my trip there. It was a bit of a shock coming back to such cold though. (26 to 0) burr cold!!. I guess if you asked someone who knows me they would say that i am loyal, caring, thoughtful, have a good sense of humour and ABSOLUTELY STUNNINGLY HANDSOME, well ok maybe that last part is a bit ego fuelled lol. But seriously, i am a gentle loving giant who looks after his friends and loved ones. I love to dine at the Y can't get enough of it!!!
