[B]About Me[/B] I recently moved to New Orleans and I'm hoping to find / make friends in the area. ? Though while I may be looking for just friends, I'm never one to deny what the fates decree. My mind always goes blank when I get asked to describe myself. People are constantly changing and ever growing so sometimes its very hard to describe just who I am. But right now, as of writing this, that is what I am, a writer, a poet, someone who loves the written word. I can take a handful of words or an image, and turn it into a story or poem. Though sometimes it doesn't make sense to others, writing helps me release and explore the parts of me, that I might not otherwise try to understand. I am also a great lover of music, more often than not, I have some sort of music playing. My taste in music is varied and erratic, everything from Rock and Metal, Acappella and Classical to Country and Hip-Hop. In fact, my tastes in general are varied and erratic, I love history, science, fantasy, facts and fiction. I strive to learn about anything that catches my fancy, I often find myself gravitating to people smarter than me in hopes of learning from them. I enjoy a good intellectual debate. I'm a bit of a nerd/geek, I love computer games, I play GW2, L.O.L and a smattering of other random games. I read off the wall and often one shot comics (I know they'll be one shots, but I'm always sad when they end!) I enjoy all the star wars movies, LOTR (Movies and books, books waaayyy better though) and the like. I dabble in 3D graphic programs, spend a lot of time on tutorials trying to figure out how things work and throw random things together to see what happens! Sometimes it ends up as something cool...other times...and honestly more often than not, it fails, but I learn each time. I'm getting better at working out and being more physically active. I've been taking long walks, with my music blaring in my headset. 43 pounds so far! \o/ Would like to find someone who would be willing to walk with me and help me find fun ways to lose even more weight. I'm pretty shy, and honestly can't believe I'm making a profile here lol

My Ideal Person What I'm Looking For.

Someone who is willing to take things slow, there is no rush, friends first and if something comes from that fantastic, if not, hopefully made a great friend in the process.

Someone who can have fun but knows when its time to be serious

Someone who can enjoy both a quiet night in and a rowdy night out. (Nights in more often though. )

Someone who can stimulate my mind with intelligent conversations and the occasional debate
