When you sign up to this site or any other site that has a Terms of Service agreement, you accept their Terms of Service. Once you accept their terms of service, you don't get to set your own rules or regulations. It would be nice to do so, like go buy a car, accept the terms and agreements, then decided to set your own like less monthly payments and what not. Anyways, just in case someone reading this didn't know, those disclaimers mean nothing because you already accepted the sites disclaimer when you signed up and that goes anything you click accept on.
