Difficult to find a woman for a threesome?

After being in a relationship for a while, the two of you decide to spice it up a bit by adding a third. My woman prefer's either women or men. And it was quite easy to get a man to go to bed with the two of us. However, it was difficult to get that man to tend to her needs instead of his own agenda. And even more difficult to keep from cumming in the first 10 minutes then leaving.
However, finding a woman seems to be a bit more of a challenge. We don't want a supermodel nor do we want someone we are not attracted to. I am HWP, she is a cute BBW.
