Sept.7,2013...
I lost my 18 year old grandson on this day...He had just graduated and was going into the Coast Guard at the end of the month...
He was partying that night...For some reason he was driving someones car and headed home for some reason...Not sure if he went to sleep at the wheel or just lost control...The car hit a guardrail...Then a tree...I'm sure it was instant...
My grandsons name is Ryan Olds...He was loved by many friends and family...It has been a rough month for his family...I'm glad we got to visit often this summer...Now...I have many great memories to hold on to...I will love and miss him always...Sad we can not watch him grow into the wonderful young man we all know he was going to be...
Rest in Peace and know you are loved by all you touched in your short 18 years with us...

Last night my grand- called and wanted to come over to talk..She is 26..Her is 20 months now..When she got here she was in tears..She asked me how I raised my ..I was single most of the time ..They were very well mannered..People always stopping me to tell me this..
How did I do it??..To be very honest..I have not got a clue..All I could tell her was that I loved them..Sure..I had to yell at them to make them listen..Hug them when I was proud..They knew what they could do and not do..And they knew right from wrong..All I do know ...Is that life is not always easy and we do the best we can.. My great-grand- i a spit-fire of a girl..She is non-stop all day..Keep going until he i a bit"crazy"...Walking a round in circle..Not knowing what he want..That is when I put her down for a nap..
What tips do you have for making her calm down a bit..Help u out here..

Farewell to My Best Friend..Debbie

It was a very long week..It was hard to say goodbye for the last time..Debbie had helped me when I was down..She fed me when I did not want to eat..She would make me smile when I had tears..She was a real country girl..She loved to cook..garden..can veggies.. and fish and camp..Debbie and Jim traveled the states to the Chili Cook offs..She could not beat Jim..lol..He came in first and Debbie took second..She had a wonderful husband and 2 great ..David 32 and Ashely 29..And how she could piss me off..lol Her liver was bad and she was on the national transplant list for a new one..As hard as she tried she could not stop drinking..Such a bad illness to have..She lost her place on the transplant list..They had given her one year to life..Fuck that she would say..Well..She made it 13 years..She tried to enjoy those last years..We were lucky to have those years with her..She was a good friend..wife and mother..She will be greatly missed..

As we grow older,we also grow wiser..So many people seem to feel we get too old to enjoy others..
I find that everyday it feels good just to say Hello to my friends here..They do not judge by age or other factors..Just just accept me..It makes me feel good in body and mind..They always treat me with respect..They treat me as if they know and love me for who I am..Life would be lonely without them in my life..They help take the stress and pain from my everyday life..The older I get..The closer we get..

What do you in when the power goes off....

I was just getting home from work..11pm..I got into my cozy Jammie's..Sit down at my desk to check my e-mail..Around 12:15..To power went off..I checked the fuse box..Candle in tow..No switches had flipped..But no power..The only thing working was the heater!!..I messed with things for about 45 minutes..Unplugging cords..Making sure there were no hot wires around..Didn't want a fire to break out..
Of course I couldn't sleep..Worrying about a fire!!..So,I thought ..Just reply to your mail..DUMB-IE..Then,I remembered..No power..No WIFI..
So..Just go to bed..No sleep..4am..I did sleep..Dreaming about watching for a fire..lol
The next morning I go next door to tell my -in-law..I didn't bother to check the fuse box again..He comes over..Flips the switches..Pushes the power button on my TV..POWER..Now,Why didn't it work for me last night!!!
Don't you just hate that...

Just wanted to talk about the economy and depression..I'm not sure about the rest of you..But,So many are hurting these days..At times I find it hard to reply to my friends that write..Not because I don't want to..But,lol..At times my thoughts do not make my fingers type..Perhaps the thoughts are just not there..Or not meant to share..At least not at that time..Some are having such a hard time with everyday life..Lose of jobs,homes and loved ones..I find it so easy to talk with most of you here..So many have become very good friend..And,I'm not talking about sex talk..Cause,Most of you know that is not why I am here..And,Yes..Some have met here and are now couples..I'm very excited for my friend in Denver..He has met a very sweet lady in New York..They are going to the next level..Yeap..She will be moving to Denver to be with him..See..Not just a sex site..lol..I'm hoping to go visit with them when they are a couple..So good to have met such nice friends here..So,Hang in..The economy has to get better someday..Keep smiling and writing..It helps me..Hope it does some of you as well..

Recently 2 of my have moved home..Which is not a problem for me..
They are always worried they are in my way..But,I love having them home..More families are living together now..Because of many reasons..
I moved home with my mom 2 times..Once for myself and the other was to care for her her last year alive..
Now that my girls have moved home..They have come up with a new saying..
"Life Goes on..And then there Mom"..
They joke about it..And find it hard to believe they are living with me..
They are right..Life goes on and sometimes you need help and support..And then there is mom..She loves it..

Hey Friends..
I just looked at the date..Oct.8-'09
It is almost 2 years since I joined the site..And,WOW,What a difference it has made in my life..
Some of you will remember the reason I joined..It had been 11 years since I moved from Antioch Calif. to Brookings Oregon..Man...What a change..I had many friends in Antioch..I painted houses and was a bartender at night..I moved to Brookings to watch 2 of my grandsons..So their Mom could go to work..I was excited to move..But,Little did I realize how lonely I would get..I had no friends here and no money to go anyplace for some time..Well,I got 2 jobs the same day..So....Things were looking up..Now,I had the money to go do things..But,There was never time..I was so depressed and lonely..So I decided at least I would join this site..Who knows..Maybe all of you weren't crazy..lol So,Oct,25,'07 I joined..I checked out profiles everyday..All day..Then I started adding photos..That got me even more flirts..It would put a smile on my face..Everyone could see the difference in me..Hell..I was smiling and laughing all the time now..
Then I decided to buy a cam..Now the fun was about to start..Nov.11'07..I got on cam at work..My birthday was the next day..I only had 14 friends in my network..I got this brainstorm..Start inviting everyone watching me on cam,"Help Me Get 100 friends before my birthday..And you did it..Before mid-night we had gotten 114 friends..All of you had brought out the best in me..I was never one to talk in a group..But......You got me on a roll..Thank you by the way..
After a couple months..That's when I started dressing in my lingerie and dance for you..
I must tell you..I have enjoyed every minute spent with all of you..And it does not look like I will be getting back on cam much..After being sick last year..It just isn't ..Hell..I'm getting older and it seems too busy with my family..I'm very happy to have them all so close..I missed them all very much..
But..Back to all of you..
Many of you write me every week..You all seem to be holding my hand and making sure I am doing ok..Remember the ones that said I was crazy..I would never make friends on the site..Because everyone was here for the sex..Did we prove them wrong or what!!
It feels so good to have each of you as friends..You are special friends that are in my heart..
Anyway..Think I'll just leave it here..
