 Well . . . .for most of the hetero world a guys actual shape is sort of meaningless, I mean physical fitness is important more from a health and endurance prospective but except for gay men, people really aren't that interested in what guys look like . .are they?

 Why bother with labels at all? By now, you know what body type and character interest you in potential partners, so it comes down to proximity and the "vibe" you get from meeting them as to whether things progress.

From a health perspective the BBW/BBM label can normalise some people who are grossly over weight and perhaps does more harm than good. Ultimately, these people are the arbiters of if they chose to do something about it or not, of course.

 well from a womans perspectiveI i really dont want sex with someone overweight because of my disability ..doctors orders but my choice as well...too many end up with heart problems while having sex ..The ER is always busy with such things ....men coming in with heart problems ,high blood pressure and pushing themselves ..its not fun

 BHM - Big Handsome Man - is an acronym I've seen. But it doesn't get used anywhere as much as BBW does. More often, I've seen men use sports terms like swimmer's build, linebacker build, bodybuilder to describe themselves. Oh, and more recently, dad bod.
