 I've faked orgasm with women a few times. They were never able to tell I was faking. There are a lot of reasons men do this, generally the same ones women have for faking it with men, so there is probably no need to go through a shopping list here.

 Such a turn off when women do that...most women can tell the difference in a woman actually climaxing and the ridiculous show of faking an orgasm..moaning when things feel good is enough to show your pleasure in the experience
