The Reason For Not Sleeping A Poem

He said "That's me.
Always thinking."
This was in reference
To something he had mentioned.
How when he can't sleep
He wishes he had the excuse
Of doing something fun
Instead of what is usually
My case of insomnia.

I am seemingly
Always thinking
If only it were not worry
And instead fantasies
Of erotic happenings.
Yes, ideally that would be
The reason for not sleeping.

Better yet the real thing!
That would be the best
Reason for not sleeping!
Now he has me thinking
Of this before I go to bed
Will I dream or just
Have fantasies in my head
Keeping me awake instead?

The real thing
Fantasies
Or erotic dreams?
There is a time for all
Just depends on the situation
And a certain someone's availability.

 I have had the same prob most of my life. About 20 yrs ago, I learned a remedy, and it was so simple I cant believe I didnt think of it long before. You have to change your minds thinking patterns at the moment, and intense physical stimulation almost always will do the trick. So, if you dont have a partner, or one that will cooperate with you, keep your best toys in the drawer beside the bed, and stimulate your wandering waking thoughts away !

 It is great to be up all night enjoying the real deal but sometimes dreams can be a fantastic substitute. Especially if you have the right inspiration!!
