"The good side"!

"The good side"! Years ago, my uncle had his own photography studio. He had quite of few black and white photos on the wall. You can only see one side of someone's face, you might see a shadow, or they just might turn their face to one side. I ask why about the pictures. "Why only take a picture of one half of someone's face? He said, I try to captive "Their good side"! I said, "What? He said, they might have a mole or a scar, but when they come to me, I focus on "The good side"! My uncle had something. I remember reading a Batman comic, when a District Attorney, a man named Harvey Dent, got acid thrown on half of his face, and lost his mind and became , "Two face'. He would have two different suit together to form one suit. He went from honest man to deranged lunatic! A psychopathic killer! He had a two headed coin, with one side had a X, and your fate depended on the coin flip. Whether you live or die. Sometimes they good tried to comes out, but the bad is so powerful, and it takes over. Half of his face is gruesome! No more Harvey Dent, but now "Two face", total opposite of what Harvey Dent represented. I think the idea of Harvey Dent came from. "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde". A man with two faces, and good and bad! Dr. Jekyll was a very kind man, he created a potion that allow him to express himself without feeling guilty. Dr. Jekyll was a very passive man. Again Good vs Evil, seem like Evil always prevails! Jekyll went from a nice guy to a total Dick! But years ago, what my uncle said that day. This was over 40 years ago. "The good side"! I had my share on anger issues, and I got a strong message from then 3 words. We all have our Demons, there might be a Jekyll and Hyde, and Harvey Dent in most of us. But they both in the same temple, and we decides which one we going to show to the public! By having that power, always show "The good side"! if you do, the world would be a better place!           |

it is hard when there are so many people who get their butt hurt, some are so quick to rant and rave about what hurt them ..lol its so petty and some people dont even know what the meaning of putting their best foot forward is because alot of people think that they are perfect and flawless. Like alot of people on here who insist on putting a face up that they think we want to see or what they think we need to see...Perfection does not exist ....lol but tell that to some...
