"Midas touch".

Since I was young, this is something I wished upon. a tender age, I would sing songs as I was on a stage. But of course I didn't have the voice. It wasn't the singing but the lyrics was my choice. I would listen to what they had to say, and I hope one day, I can do it that way. First of all, Smokey was my man, even at a young age I was a fan.

There was many who came along the way, and they all had good things to say. The Beatles was also on my mind, there was a group well before their time. Lionel Ritchie and the Commodores, when you mentioned their name, you didn't have to say a single thing.

There are so many out there, they have talent like no one can't compare. Marvin wrote songs that make you think, while Thorogood wrote songs about his favorite drink. Barry White and Babyface wrote songs of love. When the Staples sings wrote the song, "Ill take you there. They was talking about the Heaven above.

For whatever reason, the song is better if the lyrics has meaning. There are many that loves a good beat, but for me great lyrics would get me out of my seat. What I'm trying to say, this is what I pray! I wish I had the Midas touch! Everything I write turns to gold! Smokey, Marvin, The Beatles, Lionel, Phil, Barry, Madonna, Dolly, they all have the Midas touch!

So many wonderful song writers. I consider myself very fortunate to have lived through the era of great popular music.
