I am very bored so I decide post a recipe i like lol added another recipe lol


I am very bored tonight so i decided to post a great recipe its easy and fast

Southern Oven Fried Chicken

1 package of potato chips crushed (any flavor)
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
an eigth of a teaspoon ground black pepper
2 1/2 to 3 pounds of chicken cut into 8 pieces
1/2 cup butter melted

Preheat oven to 375 Combine the crushed chips garlic salt and pepper in a plastic bag or the potato chip bag. Dip the chicken pieces in the melted butter and shake them in the bag until coated with the potato chip mixture. Arrange on a baking sheet. Bake about 1 hour or until the chicken it tender. Serve immediately

I like to mix the chips with Sour Cream and Onion chips and BBQ Yummy good
I have made it for the guys that come and have dinner with me and they love it

hehe nice I'm super bored too but I certainly didn't expect to see a recipe on here!
Sounds yummy And the best part is, you don't have to have potatoes on the side as they are already included!

Here i am sitting here on a thursday evening checking out the site and though I would check on my blogs so I thought what not post another recipe lol

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge ever

2 cups of Sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
3/4 cup of peanut butter

Bring Sugar and milk to a boil.
Boil for 2 1/2 minutes remove from heat
and stir in PB and Vanilla until creamy
pour in a square pan and put in the Refridge
and let it set and you have some really great
sweet fudge lol

Bored, eh? Well, I've been experimenting with a few oven and crock pot chicken recipes...especially when chicken is under $1/lb. Then taking any bones and skin left and throwing it into the stock pot every few weeks. Helps stave off boredom..
