I can't really add anything to that, except to say that would be the cure for damn near any crappy day. And it might not be a bad idea to do every day. So sorry to hear this week is off to a crappy start my friend I was hoping this would be a much better week for you. Mine was interesting, taking our Senior friends to get a jazzy scooter so they could get around better..I hope the rest of your week gets better for you.. Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..

I actually sent my former back up guy a text complaining that the only man I knew that could possibly leave work in the middle of a Monday was 150 miles away! (He misses me, too) Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

Monday was a downer for me. The last weekend of September saw the Grand Final of the two major football codes here played - AFL and NRL (Aussie rules football and Rugby League). Had a team I support in both and neither got up and won. But I do like your idea to battle the Monday blues.
