Go to an MD and get a scrip for clonazepam. Works beautifully.

Have you tried yoga or qigong yet....if you have not, then first try these before you medicate yourself.

It’s ok to seek help. As already stated, it may be nutritional, situational to medical. But all are manageable once it’s figured out, and for that you need a pro. No shame in wanting to feel better, and nothing is more important.

Some pretty good advice. I also avoid the drugs doctors are all too quick to subscribe. I often have to take a moment to close my eyes, take a deep breath through the nose and exhale through the mouth as if I'm blowing out birthday candle, I have a lot of candles. Clear my mind and look at what is causing my anxiety. Is it something I can control or not. A small form of meditation. Most of the time it's a simple change of dealing with it and others I have to let them run their course. I tend to look into the future way too far and that moment allows me to get back to now.
