I'm NOT looking for sex. There is so much more in the cake of life and relationships than the sticky, sweet icing. I've met 'good' girls that disappointed me. I know there are some good women out there that have given up on looking for a good guy and now just feel the best they can do is to find someone to satisfy their sexual urges. I'm not up for that. I'm not into casual sex....too easy to get caught up in the icing. I am into relationships.

I do enjoy the company of friends, and I WOULD enjoy the company of a sweet, good hearted woman, fun, someone to pamper, who enjoys a five minute phone conversation two times a day at work.....someone who enjoys surprise lunch dates from work, long intimate talks over coffee in the wee hours at Katz's, someone who loves to be surprised after a long day at work with a great dinner and a bottle of wine, romanced in the evening and nuzzling at night.....someone intellegent but not brainy, spontaneous and soulful, independent but wanting to belong, conservative but open-minded, not beautiful but comfortable in her own skin...dinged but not damaged.

If you are divorced because YOU were unfaithful in that marriage, don't bother me. If it was HIM that screwed around, we can talk. If you've forgiven but not forgotten him, then you've got a friend here.

I usually know quickly if there is a chemistry that is absolutley vital. I am not a "player", nor have any drug/alcohol/smoking habits. I am 6"1", 225 lbs, financially and emotionally secure and (surprise!) pretty good-looking.

If you've taken the Personality Test...I'm a 'Craftsman' to a tee.....I would encourage you to do this, regardless..what you learn from yourself and how it interacts with possible mates may surprise you.

The women I know thru work and friends seem to think I'm attentive and good-looking, a good listener, a big heart and all-around nice guy.

The women I've dated probably think the same. I found myself attracting the needy ones and we both realized that I can't just keep giving without a response.

I am the kind of person who shows love by doing things for that person, but doesn't receive gifts or compliments very well. Secretly, I do receive compliments well, I think living for them is vain. I like be told that I/we are doing well, looking for affirmation of the GOOD JOB.

I am honored when my friends call on me first when they get into a jam, regardless of what time of the morning and how bad it is or what needs to be done.

Some look at this as if they are abusing the relationship, I think of it as a token of friendship.....okay, it CAN go too far.
