Enjoys spontaneity and unpredictable situations. Why else would I find working in an emergency room so much fun! Friends would describe me as easygoing, upbeat, spontaneous, and, at times, a bit of a perfectionist. I exercise regularly to keep fit/toned (spinning, yoga are a couple of my faves), but also reward myself with an occasional decadent indulgence in chocolate or ice cream--why not! I've chaired a local arts festival exhibit the last seven years. Having taken up 35mm photography during my first year with the festival, I was ecstatic when one of my photos not only was accepted into the exhibit, but also sold. I am very happy with my mid-life career change to nursing (previously having worked for neural network and mathematical software firms). I'm an emergency room nurse and EMT. Working nights, my schedule is quite different from most.

My Ideal Person A date should include intellectually stimulating, as well as lighthearted, conversation. Make me laugh! Surprise me with your spontaneity. I do not believe in love at first sight--maybe lust at first sight. I do, however, believe in getting to know someone before taking it to the next level. Dating should be exciting and at a pace enjoyable to both parties. I am not looking to jump in to a relationship with both feet at this time, but would like to find that certain man that could lead to regular fun.
