I am very recently a widow after a short time of being divorced.. My interests are Reading, Music, riding, swimming, meditation, surfing. Recently I moved to the Gold Coast Region in Queensland , on the ocean, A well know Tourist Resort. Our home is situated right on the beach so I wake up each mornng listening to the waves tumbling on to the shore and the screech of the sea gulls. I love living here, it is pollution free, has a country feel, the people are down to earth. Lordy did I say that, well some of the residents the rest are over the top in so many ways... maybe that is why I fit in so well here..laughing When my husband were still with us, indulged in our love of travel, we have taken a number of cruises, self drive holidays in Europe, and tried backpacking, it was fun and we met a lot of other people younger and the same age as ourselves also trying the adventure of backpacking and hostels.
