I like to start off slow, or warm up quickly. Sometimes I'll lead and sometimes I'll follow, it all depends on what answers I get. It never hurts to ask! Sometimes you just have to burn a little extra of that 'Midnight Oil' or massage it in a little longer... I've been told that I'm meticulous, methodological, kind and generous sometimes to a fault.
