Hmmmm...well Kate, the resume looks just fine. Now for the oral part of the exam. Let me see just how eager this beaver is - I know that I am! I'm on holidays next week and Kitchener is only 1/2 hour away. It would certainly make a nice vacation stop! | ||

I don't think anyone read what she said. She wants us to read her posts and find out what she likes and dislikes. Yes, her resume is fantastic, but in order to find the best "position" for her we need to know her and see if any of the "positions" fit her qualifications. I would not put her in a situation that may "bring her to her knees", or make her feel she has to "submit" to chores that are "beneath us to perform".For us to assume that a beautiful redhead with a body made for play might have the proper training, just "blows me" away. We are always asking these applicants to "bend over" for us and to "take one" for the team. Let's give her a chance to "show us what she can do", and to know her "inside and out". Without knowing her first,we are "shooting" ourself in the foot and leaving a "bad taste in her mouth".....Thank You | ||
