Ace I have spent a total of 5 hours on the phone with them in the last 48 hours. They have already been told they will not see anymore of our money and I have put in a request for a refund of moneies already paid. Their billing department has a seperate number, it is the same as above but ending in nine. I just got off the phone with them for the forth time at 1:45 this morning. If we all call in and complain about these issues then maybe they will do something to resolve them.
BTW There is a back door into the group by having a link on your profile page, if you click the link it will take you to the group page.
Also there is a back door to denied post if you click on the number of post below your name and picture on the group page it will show you every post you have ever made, this works with all of our accounts. So if I want to see post made by Ace I click on the number of post under Ace's picture and then you can still post in that post.
I guess we have to cheat to beat them at their own game.

I was on the phone with them today. Got very aggravated. Was told its pending no reason for the denile and said just wait for the 24 hours it should be back up... I said Well your no HELP to me and I am sure some of the other moderators will be calling you and they aren't as nice about things as I am... Have a nice day!

I was on the phone at 3:30 am with customer service getting this resolved. I was told that this time it was not due to me changing settings, but I did inadvertantly make it worse.
Whenever we get the denied notice, I can defeat it by changing any little setting, because everytime I make a change it gors into "Pending" review mode. This takes it out of "Denied" mode and lets us post again. However, right as it got fixed, (I didn't know it was fixed), I made a change to force it into "Pending" mode. But because it had fixed itself, my change caused a review. During that review they found a post (so they said) that violated their policy. (They couldn't tell me what post). Finding the illegal post during the review that my change caused, they denied the group for further indepth review.
Sounds like a bunch of crap excuses to me and I think they are full of shit, but either way, while I had the service rep on the phone, he approved the change, which fixed the problem.
I do not believe this will be the last time, because they admit that they have a searchbot that trolls the pages looking for "Key" words that trigger a review. I believe their searchbot settings are too sensitive and just about anything is triggering it.
Anyways, it's resolved for now, but if you see "Denied" again, don't panic, it's routine and will get fixed soon.
Thanx for you patience...mine has worn thin.

i know it has been pissing me off and half the stuff doesnt work on here anyway that why we are free members now its sucks but why should i pay for this if nothing works.
