I'm wondering if I did the comment posts in my blog correctly with the privacy set? So, when I click to privately post to someone, I can see the other comments, but mine would be pending by the owner. Does that mean other people can read all the posts? And can anyone read my private posts in mine? Hmmmmmmm……….confused on the settings for anyone to privately contact me....did I do it right? Please let me know, Thanks.

Just got too busy around here. My fiancé has been disabled lately. We have tried to have sex, but, to no avail. She has given me permission to seek what I want/need, but, she also told me that she doesn't want to hear or know about it. So, is that a go or no go from her?
Please, I'd like to hear what you have to say.

My Life after 3rd Neck surgery

Well, I had my 3rd neck surgery last Feb.5th. It was 2 extra surgeries. When they pulled the breathing apparatus out of my mouth, I coughed both times and must have ripped something. Thus, the 2 extra.
So, I've been on and off this site. I haven't had much luck besides a few chats here and there. I AM ALIVE! Real!
I am greatful to my Doctor that I am still able to walk, on my own!
The temperature drops KILL me. I still have what they call headaches. The headaches I do get are like cluster headaches, and they're ALL over...neck, shoulder, base of the skull, up the back of the skull to the right eyeball. EXCRUTIATIONG pain. So much that I tear. BUT, all in all, EVERYTHING still functions.
Just thought I'd put this update out there since I'm here, ALIVE and kickin'!

Seen my Family Dr. for a pre-op physical yesterday. I was informed that C3-4 will be taken out. Now, my problem is, C4 has ALREADY fused to C7 with a cadiver bone. How will my Ortho Doc going to take out C4 that has been fused ALREADY! (NOT to worry, he's a GREAT surgeon!).
I'm figuring that I'll be undergoing a whole neck reconstruction, from C2-7 (the other fusion is C7-T1).
I have no idea how he'll do it, but, it seems like I will be in more extreme pain than my last two fusions.
Maybe I can ask for another inch!?!

Well, I have my date for my 3rd fusion, Feb. 5th, 10:30. I've been there and done this twice, I know what to expect. Got the zero gravity chair (zero gravity-bullshit, lol) ready to go in the living room. That's going to be my HOME recovery room.
I am alittle worried, I don't know if the 3rd time will be a charm this time around.?.
So, I have my pre-op with my Primary/Family Dr. on the 22nd. All the Dr. is going to do is verify my vitals before the surgery.
I did however wait until the Pack was eliminated from the playoffs though!
Speaking of the Pack, it's not ALL on the "Dom-inators" Defense. The offense drove down the field on the opening half and only scored a field goal...WTF!!! I would have went for it. AND, when the "O" had the ball, they didn't move it effectively! They were going ALL over the place passing the ball, dropped the "run game", and the "eh hum" "Special Teams". Eh, I'm getting rield up again.
Anyways, I've been going to the Southridge Athletic Club and using the whirlpool, pool, steam room, and sauna. I'm trying to relax my neck and working the upper body muscles for preparation before I get sliced and diced again.
Of which I have to start getting ready to do in a few minutes here. But, there's my "update".

The Pack didn't look as dominating as last year on Offense. The "Dominator" Dom Capers had the Defense in a Championship level.
As in 2010, the road to the Superbowl is on the road.
San Fran is now a formidable foe. Kapernick, just like Romo, is from Wisconsin.......who can play!
IF, IF, the Pack wins....I'd like a repeat of the Seahawks, IF they beat the Falcons. THEN we'll see the Seahwaks BACK in Green Bay....OUR turf!
Did you see the Seahawk & Washington game? That Russel Wilson.....looks better than ever! Glad he was a Wisconsin Alum! The hawks have another Wisconsin Alum-Giocomini (offense line)!
The Houston Texans, HEY!!!! Don't know if they can beat the Pats! The Texans had thier butt handed to them in thier last meeting! Again, the Texans have Watt and another Wisconsin Alum-the wide reciever, I believe-Owens is his name.
Hmmmmm, ALOT of Wisconsin Alums in the NFL lately! On WISCONSIN!!!
Anyways, The Games will be tougher from here on out! ENJOY!

I've had a C4-7 in '05 and went soooo FANTASTIC that I felt like an 18yr old again....ready for my 2nd chance to take on the world again!
In '07, I had an on the job accident. I experienced pain coming on but was bearable, so, I worked up until I couldn't stand the pain in '10 (high pain threshold hey.?.).
In June '10, I had a C7-T1 fusion, went ok but was still experiencing the "bat-to-the-head" pain. It fused and everything is fine in that area.
My Dr. ordered an MRI last December and asked his colleges for support finding this pain I keep complaining about. Which is: the bat to the head, a sharp pain stemming from the back of my neck to the front of the eye, and a hot butter knife through my right eye, a 2X4 to the middle of my back when I get up in the morning, back spasms..sometimes all day.
Well, the Dr. told me some discourageing news. I need another fusion between C2-4. That seems to be the pain I've been dealing with since my '07 accident on the job. C7-T1 was damaged as well by the accident thus fused that...wait & heal....then see if more is needed. As is the case now. NOW I understand the reasons on why W/C takes sooooo long. You can't rush perfection!
My Orthopedic Doc is known nation wide as one of THEE best! I am so lucky to be under his care. He listens and takes his time to listen to every aspect of my experiences concerning my neck/pain issues....VERY understanding man.
As far as my "mental state" is concerned, I told him that; Haven't I asked you every time I come in here, "when am I going back to work", where is the pain stemming from, I try to stay active so that muscle atrophy doesn't set in, How I live my life with the pain, and I won't give up trying to get better.
I'm a positive person...STILL almost 2 1/2 yrs later after the June '10 surgury! I look at the positve side of things to the end! Unless, I'm told otherwise...and even at that, it has to be DEFINATELY proven to me. Like the song from Tesla: Hang Tough!
So, I plan on having that surgury soon (hopefully this month)! I can't stand the pain I'm going through on a daily & nightly basis.

Today I've got a Dr. Appt. I'm hoping that he'll tell me either that I'm "finished" or another surgury to fix my nerve pain and scrape my arthritis.
