OK. So an initial post on this after a week.
Obviously way to soon to see any major differences (if any at all), but I did want to give you a quick update.
So not seeing any major differences, but I do see some minor alterations, especially when I don't have an errection. It is actually longer and thicker which can only be a good thing.
But when I have an errection I don't see anything great, but it does seem to have altered slightly and my erections do feel stronger.
I will keep you updated.....

So in the interest of science I went out and bought one.
Not because I need one, but because I am interested in understanding if they actually work or not.
So I the here are my stats so to speak.
Length = 8inch
girth = 6 inch
so not exactly small, but like all men, we want to be bigger.
Here are couple of the myths.
Penis Pumps will increase your cock length up to 3 inches.
They will double your girth
So by this reckoning, I will be walking around with a 11 inch long dong with a 12 inch girth in no time. LOL

As you have to be careful with these things as they can lead to numerous issues, I plan to follow the following schedule.
3 times a week for 10 minutes at a time.
Every week to 2 weeks I will post my results on here to see just how much (or little) they work.
