Preparing for a club night and success as a single guy

Guys have different preparations they make for going to clubs. While nothing GUARENTEES success, I can only tell you what works for me.
First, find out what nights the club you're looking to go to lets single guys in, and on what night. This will normally be a Friday, while some clubs let a limited number of regular single guys in on Saturdays.
Once you have that info you can start preparing for the week. Nothing out of the regular: Oatmeal or egg whites with fruit for breakfast, chicken breast brown rice and some sort of green vegetable for lunch, and same for dinner. Cardio and/or strength training at least 3 times a week helps you look good and feel good, which will help you out in the long run. The only real variation is Friday you don't want to overdo it and wear yourself out or have a high fiber meal for lunch, unless you have a high metabolism and can "work it out" before heading out. A carb heave dinner will keep you full all night, in the event the club doesn't have a spread.
Taking a nap before heading out can be a huge help before getting ready: 1) because nothing is worse than yawning while talking to a couple or single woman. It makes it seem as if you're not interested. 2) you'll have energy for whatever you get into that evening.
Showering, flossing and brushing is a MUST, there's no question about that. Body shaving in the shower is my go to, as most couples and single women don't like hairy men, though this isn't requirement, just a bit of advice. After shaving your face and choosing a good lotion (I use Oil of Olay) its time to get dressed.
Some clubs are lax in their dress code, but that's no excuse for you to be. A button up shirt and a pair of slacks will set you apart from other single guys at a club, as will a pair of dress shoes and BLACK SOCKS. I personally choose to go with a suit, but again, this isn't required. A few (3 or 4) sprays of cologne is helpful too. Nothing that everyone is wearing either. A small case with condoms, lube and a cock ring saves you from fumbling around looking for a condom if and when you meet a couple. when yo have everything, you're ready to get to the club!
Most clubs also have a bar. Limit how much you drink, as alcohol thins your blood and can cause problems getting an erection. If it a BYOB club, a flask is a good idea, or a few bottles of your favorite beer. If you choose to drink, make sure you have a plan: A hotel room you can take a taxi to or a DD if you go with a friend.
After you check into the club do a walk around. This gives you a chance to see whose there, and gives them a chance to see you. If you approach a couple or single woman and they aren't into you, respect that. Wait at least 10 minuets before approaching the next. No one wants to be with someone that goes from couple to couple all night, and it makes you seem desperate.
Hopefully these tips can help and you can have an enjoyable time.

Ever elusive

Maybe its just me, but its hard to meet a single, bi Japanese girl. Ive been in the lifestyle for over a year and have been in orgies, gangbangs and MMF's, but never an FMF. THe way I see it, there are two types: Where the girls are bi, and where the girls just please the man/man please the women. Ive played with two girls at the same time at happening bars, but never in a private setting. Friends with Benifits

I dont know why ive been hornier than usual lately, but ive been going crazy. Fortunately I have a partner that is horny all the time, but we only meet up a few times a week.
Ideally, Id like to find a woman that lives close to Fussa for a friends with benifits type of relationship that is somewhat separate from the life I have in Shinjuku. Or just a woman that we can hang out here, and on the weekends go to Shinjuku together where she would do her thing, I do mine. Im also still on the look out for couples, but not really holding my breath on that one.
Im still in the process of trying to organize a meet up in Shinjuku where everyone meets at a bar or resturant for a good meal, then heads to a happening bar for some all night fun. Ill get it organized eventually, but for now I guess ill have to enjoy what I have now.

Figured it out

Ive been watching literally every porn documentary ive been able to get my eyes on lately, not because Im still trying to be a porn star (that was my dream job in high school) but because I want to be better in "the lifestyle". I hate the fact that a few times when it was time to get down to business at a happening bar I wasnt able to fully rise to attention. I was thinking that is was what I called my Porn Star Cocktail (2 Gensing, 2 Vitamin E pills) that was the problem, but I realized that I was the fact that I masturbated before going out to decrease sensitivity.
When I was 20-23 it use to work like a charm: I would go out to a dance club or a bar, meet a girl and when we were getting ready to leave I would pop my cocktail and would have a good night and a new friend. I went a few years without doing that then found out about happening bars here and wanted to have my A game ready, but it totally didnt work. Now that I know what to do to be at maximum hardness next time I go, for lack of a better word, swinging. I think neither the woman and I wont be disapointed.

I was recently at my favorite place in the world, had the chance to play with with two women. Hoping for another fun time

I went to Club Silk in Shinjuku, and had an amazing time! I was so nervous and didnt know what to expect, but it was a very good experience. Normally Japanese people are shy, but they just let themselves be free and let it all hang out! Im planning on going there every other week to try to become comfortable playing in front of other people, because the Swingin lifestyle is something I could defenetly see myself being a part of.
