Come and join the Black Ring Social Club for some good food & drinks, good times, and great company. The Clydesdale offers both an indoor and outdoor bar. They also have pool tables and dart boards available.
Date: 04/20/2019
Time: 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
After 9:00 pm, a local DJ will be playing popular dance favorites.

The purpose of our Meet & Greets is to give our members a chance to socialize with each other in a public, no-pressure, social atmosphere. This includes new members, current members, and potential members alike. One of the other benefits of a Meet & Greet is the chance to find who is real and who is active in the lifestyle.
a) Our Meet & Greet events are open to all members of the and potential members of the . Therefore, invitations to our Meet & Greets are not required. However, we would love it if people would comment on the event announcements to let others know they intend to show up so members can get an idea of who is going to be there.
b) Since our Meet & Greets are primarily no-pressure, social events, we do not generally organize a -sponsored -After Party-. However, members are certainly free to organize their own get-togethers.
c) Members are free to invite guests, or potential new members, to a Meet & Greet, but please keep in mind while you may not be personally held responsible for the conduct of your guests, if they do become a problem we will ask you and them to leave so that the rest of us can enjoy ourselves.

Tonight I watched Life of the Party with Melissa McCarthy and I was laughing for 90% of the Movie. In the Movie she Meets a very nice tall, fit, attractive younger Man who Makes her feel alive, wanted, desired ... Many things that I haven't felt as of late.
It got Me thinking about My life and how 95% of the people that I've gotten involved with have been younger than Me. There was only 1 person who was older and once I found out his true age, he was Much older than what he told Me, I was done.
I know I have a type, Most everyone does, but sMetiMes I feel like a hypocrite and yet at the sMe tiMe it's what I'M attracted to the Majority of the tiMe. The thing that has changed over tiMe is My age liMits, as My oldest son gets older so do My liMits but not by Much. So right now it's between 25 to 50, at least until I change My Mind.
This Movie just proved that sMetiMes I get lonely and would like sMeone in My life, but then I reMeMber everything required in a relationship and I'M like .. no thanks, I'll just snuggle My pug. At least he loves Me unconditionally. And with that last ranM thought, I'M going to head to bed.

That feeling you get in the pit of your stomach
… festering even in a room full of people
… lingering daily
… haunting you nightly
… feeding your depression
… demanding you give it attention
What can you do?
What can anyone do?
Some try to combat it by
… throwing themselves into their work
… drowning themselves in their schooling
… shoving it to the back of their minds
… ignoring it all together
Does it work?
Has any of that ever worked?
Only you can decide if you will let it win
So, prepare yourself for this battle royal
Because it’s coming for you
And it knows you better than you know yourself …

Searching for meaningful connections ...

I talk to and meet a lot of people on here, but it's for naught if they don't leave a meaningful and lasting impression on me. I have a busy schedule with my work and home life so when I make time for someone it's because I feel a connection with them. If we have things in common then I'd love to spend time outside the bedroom with them. I hate games, time wasting, and miscommunication. I understand that no one's perfect, especially in this day and age.
If you want to be friends, then be my friend .. I don't know, how about you initiate a conversation every once in awhile. It won't kill you, trust me.
I may be a strong and fiercely independent woman, but even I need cuddles. Even I just want to watch a movie with nothing sexual happening at all.
Is there anyone our there that just wants to find that companion to go do things with, without sex being the primary incentive but rather it's a bonus or a reward after an amazing night. Maybe it's just me ...

She asks herself the same things,
as she lays awake in her bed ...
Why am I alone?
Why can't I find my companion?
How come no one wants me?
Are they scared of me?
Am I cursed?
Is this another test?
The thoughts strike her one after the other
Making her spiral down into herself
Those feelings rattling in their cages
The ones she locked away
The ones that weaken her
The ones that can destroy her
We know them well, those feelings
Loneliness, depression, anxiety,
fear, self-hatred, self-doubt ...
The ones that can cripple us
The ones that break us down
She'll stay awake with them
As they run their gambit
Battering down her psyche
Tearing through her very being
Shredding her soul apart
And only when she passes out from exhaustion
Will she find peace in the new day
Their cages are only silent
Until the darkness appears once more

Our friends from the Black Ring Society of Idaho are having their monthly Meet & Greet. This time it will be on September 24th at the Pepper Tree Lounge in Idaho Falls starting at 7 p.m. until whenever ... if you decide to spend the night there are several hotel options in the area and a quick search online will help you find one.
