whats with the bouncing screen!!!!!!!!!

!!!!! this red thing on the top that opens for

no apparent reason other than to make me insane.........

im trying to read something and its bouncing

i try to write something and its bouncing.............

if i wanted to read it i would open it just like

the activities bar on the bottom of the screen..

thanks but i do not need both of them for insanity

i can get that on my own................

just thought i'd bitch

but the question is how do i get the bouncing to stop

and yes on my computer not in my bed lol

If you start a profile on a site
like this and your first
introductory line is

"I want to see if there are real people here "

and you look at profiles and you pick one or several
and you email them and they respond
whether its the same day or the next
and you send another one and the next response from
the recipent is a phone number or
another avenue outside of the site,

why would you send another email asking if its ok to call
or however three days from now...
ok i don't get it but ok..the response is whatever works
