where would you say is your happy place is ??
for me its the beach
do you meditate or think its a waste of time ??
I mediate two to three times a day
.I personally have found that it helps me sleep better and have a better outlook and attitude overall.

A husband was in big trouble when he forgot his wife's birthday.
