Nothing's gonna change my world

OK, so I had a pretty seriously intense conversation with an old, old friend of mine today. The kind of conversation that entire friendships-- even the ones that've lasted over fifteen years-- hinge on. Directly after it was over, I went to my yoga class, and my teacher put the iPod on shuffle. The following things happened:

first, the song "Across the Universe" came on. Twice. Two different vocalists telling me that "Nothing's gonna change my world".

Directly after the second version of Across the Universe came on, one of my very favorite Zero 7 songs came on. It's called Destiny... The chorus is:

Weird. Dunno what the universe is trying to tell me, there.

 The chorus is a bunch of asterisks?

fyi - This past summer, I had a pivotal kind of thing with someone who I've considered my best friend since age 14. There's something very odd about looking at it and saying 'well, let it be whatever it's supposed to be or not.'

Thanks. You know, sometimes I do a really good job of practicing non-attachment and just allowing whatever's going to happen to happen.

 OK, don't know what happened, but the space where the asterisks are is supposed to read,
