Some Things That Piss Me Off We've all heard about the poisoned water supply in Flint, Michigan. What we haven't heard is how the Clinton Foundation, the Koch Brothers, Mark Zuckerberg, or the Gates Foundation came to the city's rescue. To the best of my knowledge, they have not. And if they don't care about the state of my country.....Ball of confusion. People are strange when you're a stranger." |

Actually, Zuckerberg's foundation sent water to Flint as did a couple of other Silicon Valley foundations. There are liberals who do good at home, there are conservatives who do good at home. There are liberals and conservatives who take their good works abroad. Eh', it's the way of the world,

can see your point, sorta along the lines that charity starts at home...but, what we do not know is if any of those groups/individuals donated money to support/social systems in flint...a counter point could also say why would one expect those, or any groups, to come to the aid of a community that was mismanaged by govt. by your line of reasoning, no org or persons could donate to animal rescue, as humans are more important, no one could donate to adult homeless as children are more important, etc, etc
