In REALITY, my vote for the dumbest blonde I ever saw on TV wasn't even a woman. The actor who plays Paul Williams on the Young and the Restless Soap Opera takes the blue ribbon. I saw him during an interview one time and the guy can't even string together a three word sentence without a script. Yeah, I know... he comes off as sharp on the show but that's because of the writing. Anyone disagree?
