As a garment with utility value, I do advocate for panties use in utilitarian situations. But in other situations when a person can have more choice I would say that in general I favor their being worn from my own personal aesthetics point of view. They provide texture and contrast both visual and tactile. However, I think that in those situations of choice, that the lady ought to wear or not wear what she finds makes her feel sexy.
