It's obviously going to vary from person to person, gender to gender. Personally if I have no attraction to a woman on any level then no, I won't be doing anything with that woman whether it be oral or more. I think how we're raised and how we seek to show respect to another person plays a big part. Wouldn't I be perceived as shallow or disrespectful to allow someone to give me oral but refuse anything else based on looks? I agree with the view of oral sex as an appetizer; I would not personally give it to nor receive it from someone that I would not also be willing to fuck. I do consider this stance less of a moral high ground though and more of what goes into my own enjoyment of sex - a mixture of oral and vaginal pleasure with no predetermined script. When you say Attractive, I am thinking you are meaning looks, for me it's about the whole package, sure looks mostly matter.
