That explains a lot! i have always been a one night stand or FWB kinda guy. I have only had a hand full of relationships in my life and it seems like i was always looking for someone new while i was in them. DRD4 gene would explain a lot. I have always felt bad when i did cheat and know it was wrong. i just lust after women always looking for more

CF, It is amazing what a fine tuned system we humans have. Whether internally or externally cause the ratio to alter and we have major problems. some one with a slut gene should be very careful getting involved with a man who has MAOA-L or a mutant version of another gene CDH13. If life gets tough the woman could end up dead or severely battered. Biology is not necessarly destiny, but it increases the propensity. Just as someone with a family history of breast cancer or diabetes is more likely to get them, than others. Some one with the slut gene is likely to have a dysfunctional relationship with others whether caused by stress, medications or toxins in the environment or food. Because some one has the slut gene doesn't make them sluts or some one with a warrior gene a killer. Fuck with their dopamine or testosterone they are more than likely to snap than others and their biology takes over. The warrior gene comprises particular variations in the X chromosome gene that produces monoamine oxidase A (MAOA), an enzyme that affects the neurotransmitters dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin. MAOA was the first candidate gene to be linked to antisocial behavior, identified in 1993 in a large Dutch family that was notorious for violence. It has been a media favorite ever since, acquiring the nickname “warrior gene”. A finnish study showed that Finnish criminals convicted of several violent crimes frequently possessed either MAOA-L or a mutant version of another gene, CDH13, while the nonviolent controls did not. CDH13 is involved in signalling between cells. Previous research has linked it with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, schizophrenia, substance abuse or bipolar disorder. They have identified another factor they think is crucial: intoxication, either with alcohol or amphetamines. They propose that intoxicants interact with MAOA-L to affect brain neurotransmitters and produce impulsive aggression. Their suggestion: when violent criminals are released from prison they should be subject to mandatory treatment with drugs like disulfram or naltrexone that interfere with the effects of intoxicants. As others have pointed out, here and elsewhere, in a number of variant sexuality settings (BDSM, swinging) the word can be used as a term of endearment. But the word really is a double-edged sword, and is best reserved between people who have a connection and trust each other enough that the affectionate overtone is understood. As for the slutty gene... fun concept, and an interesting fact worth playing with. Thing is, its presence doesn't lift the responsibility from the person in question (almost typed "the slut in question," but thought that might not come across correctly) for behaving in an ethical fashion. And I'm not ready to reject the situational/nurture aspect of what makes a slut (oops!) I prefer to think it's voluntary -- something someone aspired to! I know the topic gave you pause. The history of 'Slut' is interesting: First attested in 1402 CE, with the meaning "untidy woman"; cognate with the Dutch slodder, dialectal Swedish slata (“idle woman”). From the Late Middle English slutte, from slut (“mud”); of uncertain origin beyond that. Compare the dialectal Norwegian slutr (“sleet, impure liquid”). The Urban Dictionary is right on Slut is a woman with the morals of a man and yet as woman we know whatever men can do a female can do better and thats not to put down men we just can its in our genes to know how to multitask and men cant i saw it on the Discovery channel differences between men and woman we can multi task they cant so we can do multiple men they shouldnt    je ne regrette rien
