Can anyone tell me why all of the sudden I can't see some photos of member? Seems like half of them have the gray avatar instead of pictures.

 It's a bug that should be reported to Passion. If you click on support at the top left hand in blogs report it to the IT guys as others have reported it also. The more who report it the more chance we have of getting it fixed.
