The mobs of guys you'll experience everyday will most likely get so old. Is this a natural progression because it will be treated just as guys are without their shirts or is it just another they can do it why can't we? Using more than all the road!

I believe women have the right to choose if they want to be topless or not. I don't see what the big deal is.

The United States is so conservative with sex and the human body. I believe women should have the right to go topless just like guys do.

laws shouldn't be different based on sex. if it's legal for men to go topless it should be legal for women. then it is up to the individual to decide if they want to do it. one of the things that i have always found funny is it is usually just the nipple that women have to cover. but don't we all have nipples? so what is the real difference?

I really do not understand in most society the woman's nipples have to be covered up, but men do not...boobs are boobs..are boobs may be a bit bigger..but some men have large man boobs..they are the ones that is should be the law not to go topless..LOL Have a great horny day LUV

I'd actually prefer it if guys wore shirts. Who wants to see a hairy beer belly and nipple hair anyway?? And while we're on the topic of revealing each other, no speedos! I don't care if it is acceptable in Europe!

Both men and women should have the legal right to go topless if they wish. But that doesn't mean they should go topless in any situation. For example, political candidates should never go topless. Could you imagine the fun the news media would have if the candidates running for US President went topless? On second thought .... eeewww

I just read in Texas it is legal for women topless in certain cities and anywhere to breast feed , guess some didn't get the memo .

It should be up to the woman on how she dresses or not. I know that it might take some by surprise, but if that is how a woman wishes to express herself, the go for it. But don't complain if we should oogle as this is far from the norm for most men'

A woman should be allowed her choice but too often the laws get blurred by those that think that what they see is more important than what a woman is allowed to show. My opinion, if you don't like seeing a topless woman, look at something else or somewhere else. Let her enjoy her freedom to express herself in a lawful manner.

You go you a European beach many woman are topless if not completely naked. Men too for that matter. They are much more comfortable with nudity over there. Will north americas ever be as comfortable with nudity as Europeans. I highly doubt it. In many northern countries sauna bathing is a norm for families and is done naked so children grow up that way.
