I really like where your mind goes during these times...the rain bands have started here - every hour or so we get a squall. The heavy stuff should be in this area in the middle of the night, with everything gone by mid-day tomorrow. Glad that are all set with your daughter and her friend.

Miss K...Believe me when I say I feel your frustration. It's 3:00 am and they are saying it won't clear out until noon. 50, 60, 70+ mph winds. So far I've still got power. Hearing pings off my shutters. Sorry your vacation was impacted by Matthew. Wish you could get a do over. Take care.
