Men in kilts. This might be geared more to the female bloggers, but guys, if you would like to leave a comment, please do. On another site I've found photos of guys in kilts................... wow. Because it's a family type site????? I've not posted any risky pictures, but a friend sent this one to me which I have to share. I have a blogging friend who would find the occasion to wear a kilt, so feel free to send me some photos.   |

I'm more interested in what you are wearing under your kilt. Even more interested in what is inside your shirt. But if I may get a bit technical here, didn't the word "jocks" originate in Scotland?  I do believe that "Jocks" is another name used for Scotsmen. I used to have an Uncle called............. Scotty. Thought that was his real name.  Can't remember what his real name was.

Jock is scottish for the name John McSirTeez, a derivative of James/Jacob. Been in common use in Soctland for centuries. I think jock strap came from the underwear worn by jockeys, and I think that may be the origins of the US use of the word 'jocks' for sports people who wear the same thing. It's an education I tell ye!!

Well, if we told the ladies the truth then the mystery would disappear soon enough, and they might stop asking the 'insulting' question, and it might stop being the fanny magnet that it is!! I think mine fell off a couple of years ago, well, that was probably round about the last time it was seen by another person anyways!!

So I have decided that chicks dig kilts! Or maybe it is just they like a guy willing to wear a skirt in public lol. My Dad got on a family heritage kick a few years ago and looked up what our family kilt pattern (there is a better term for this but I am brain dead this morning and cant think of it lol) and then bought my brother, me and him matching kilts. It was all official, like measure this and that and send in and they make it. Ok, this is the only article of clothing I own that fits right (as I have no ass lol) I tried it on and was looking in the mirror like a girl lol. But I dont have the balls to wear it in public... too chickenshit! But my Dad wore his to irishfest here that year and I have to tell you, about 20 women came up and started talking to him lol I was like "damn Pops!"... him being my Dad just shrugged it off like when ya got it, ya got it son. lol After about the 5th woman came up to him, I was wishing I had worn my skirt lol. As far as what I would wear under it... would depend on the temperatures that night lol. Too cold and it would not be very nice to look at anyway lol. ) the kilt is a total fanny magnet, as yer auld man's experience clearly demonstrates, and wearing it makes ye feel 6" taller, and of course yer knob graws a couple ay inches too tae!! It's canny warm doon there wi' the kilt on, remember ye've somewhere between 6 and 8 yards ay wool wrapped aroond ye. Ye'll no' need any keks at aw! Kilt pattern = tartan, as McDoe there says, he usually says plaid mind, and he cries the kilt a skirt. Some people hae nae culture, ye ken??
