A Picture is worth a thousand words

I'm the type of person who is always looking to make new friends. Therefore knowing what someone looks like is not my "first" priority. Yes it does fall in somewhere down the line of priorities for me.

But I find it interesting how many people want to know right off the bat if you'll send them a picture.

I've done that a couple of times recently and never heard back from the person. I'm not insecure with myself. I just wonder why they never contacted me again? Even if it was to say, "sorry your not my type" or "sorry but I'm not attracted to you" or even something as bold as "Yikes! thanks but no thanks!"

Personally I feel a nice response should be expected even if the answer is that you are not interested ......in that case I usually say. Thanks, have a good life and good luck in search. I hope you find what you are looking for on Passion.

Kansas ~ I've come to a point where I won't send someone my pic that blantantly asks for it without trying to get to know my personality first. I figure it this way. If I am here on the site, and there is a picture and description of my basics then that will have to be enough. If you want more, then invest some time. Show some respect. Don't take offense to those women who so quickly disregard you once you send a picture of yourself. They would probably belittle any man who treated then that way. It is obvious that there was not much character behind the email to begin with.
