Other- You named some nice cities, but I am more inclined to the vacation outdoors, enjoying natural beauty or perhaps at a nice beach (Jamaica is close, as are other Caribbean islands). But for cities... I know St. Louis has a lot to offer with beautiful parks, museums, history, sports, cultural events, and night life (and much of it is free!) Huntsville has never been at the top of my "must see" places, even though I have driven through it countless times (I will have to research and see what I have missed).

I say you should visit a fellow Kanansan (Jay Hawk, Wild Cat or Wheatshockers) in DC. MD-DC area. We have beautiful parks, museums, history, sports, cultural events, and night life. And all will be taken care of!!!

Voted for NYC - just because there is so much, so close, so packed in that you can see there that none of the others comes close to. I have been there a dozen times and still haven't even scratched the surface of what is there to see and to do there and in the area. If you had listed D.C. - it would have gotten my first vote for the very same reasons. I have been to all you listed numerous times and have enjoyed each of them for various reasons - and would/will go back to all of them again. In order of my favorites on your list: New York and New Orleans (really can't choose - love them both!) Nashville Chicago St. Louis Huntsville Have fun!

I've always been partial to San Francisco, and as hot as things are in most areas this summer, it's a nice, cool place to visit, with lots of sexy things to do. I understand Vancouver is very nice, as well. Sometimes you just have to say fuck it, drop everything, and go to Vegas.
