 I understand where both of you are comming from! On the one hand this time of the year we are so tired of working 24/7 that we are burned out! On the other hand customer service is at the top of my list for my customers. There has to be some inbetween point where we can agree to disagree. I also work my ass off so I can live up here and would not trade it for the world! As I always tell people I would rather poor in country than rich in the city!
